I am a qualified Sport Therapist and Personal Trainer with a Sports Medicine MSc and a Sport and Exercise Science BSc. I am a member of the Sport Therapy Association and the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences. The knowledge and experience that I developed in the last 15 years allow me to offer the best service to clients who want to achieve various kinds of targets.

I help people to keep fit and healthy, finding the right balance between exercise, work, social meetings and everyday life commitments.

How does the Personal Training service work?

Your journey starts with a 30 minute consultation (in person or online) where I ask you a few questions about your health, lifestyle and the targets you want to achieve. During the meeting you will be able to ask me all the questions you have and to sort any doubts out.

After the first consultation, if you decide to use my Personal Training service, there will be a physical assessment which will help me to understand your physical status and your mobility/flexibility limitations, so that I can plan the training program according to your needs and ability.

How is the exercise plan delivered?

Hiring a Personal Trainer does not mean that you will have to exercise within every training session. I offer different packages which allow people to choose how many weekly sessions they want to do with me. Let’s say, for example, that you want to exercise three times a week in the gym, but only one time per week with my supervision. In this case you will have two weekly sessions where you will exercise on your own. To ensure all exercises are properly performed when working out by yourself I offer a mobile app that is completely free for my clients. In this app you will have your training plan with the videos and description of the exercises and the possibility to record yourself during the exercise execution. Thanks to this feature I will be able to check your technique and ensure you are working out safely even if you are not with me at that moment. Also, you will be able to use the app to track your progress and nutrition. If necessary, I am available during my working hours to answer your questions and support you via WhatsApp.



Who is Personal Training for?

There is not a single answer to this question. Everyone could need a Personal Trainer at some point in life. However, the most common reasons why people come to me are:

Exercising for the first time

People who have never exercised before usually need my support and guidelines to start physical activity. However, this is not just a matter of “learning the exercises”, it is about performing the exercises using the correct technique to prevent injuries and achieve significant results. Many people do not know what they are going to feel during the exercises and could get worried about some sensations despite these are very common when working out. Therefore, my role is to ensure that the client learns how to properly perform the exercises and guide them during their journey.


Get back on track

Sometimes an unexpected event prevents us from exercising: one day becomes a week, a week becomes a month and at some point, you find yourself out of shape and do not even know how this happened. Getting the motivation to get back on track is not easy: I will support you in your journey and I will ensure that you will be consistent with your training. To do this, I will plan a training program according to your targets and especially to your everyday commitments.


Weight loss

Losing weight is a massive challenge as it comes from the combination of proper nutrition, exercise and sleep. I met many people who tried losing weight multiple times without getting the results they wanted. Often it is not a matter of motivation, but rather a lack of support and guidance. Indeed, the weight loss journey can be very stressful when you are alone; I will build a training plan to address the weight loss and will constantly support you through one-to-one meetings and weekly feedback. You won’t ever be alone in your journey.


Healthy lifestyle

Healthy lifestyle awareness is important but acting is what you need to do to achieve it. I will help you to get fit through exercise and I will give you advice about how to live a healthy life without dieting or giving up to the night out with friends.
